Vulgarlang is considered to be a “service” rather than a physical “product”. This means the product cannot be physically returned, and that the service generally considered to have been provided upon usage of the purchased application. This places restrictions on the conditions that a refund will be given to customers.
According to consumer law, Vulgarlang must issue a refund to users if there is a “major” issue with the service. A major issue means that the service is very different from the description or sample application, or that the service is broken in a way that cannot be repaired. In the event that a feature of Vulgarlang app is broken, we will endeavour the fix the problem before issuing a refund.
We will not honor refunds if the service was not what the customer “expected”, as the Demo version gives consumers ample expectations of what they are buying. Additionally, according to consumer law, consumers areĀ notĀ automatically entitled to a refund if they simply changed their mind. We typically will not honour a “change of mind” to prevent people from using the service for what they need and then using this excuse in bad faith. We thank you for your understanding!
